You pretty much need to travel to palma as there is none in that area.

If you Google swing clubs Mallorca it will give you a link to each club.

There should be an events callender for each club.

stay away from swing clubs single guy in majorca can pic ford was up the road from where i stopped a few times in port alcuda, i sneeked off one night club forget it got to buy two drinks 40 euro's each and thats the only fecking you get fecking ripped off, nudish beach best bet watch it some dodgy gay men
