In our opinion, it is a nice hotel. It is near the Jumbo centre, with bars, restaurants and shops. We walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. We are staying in March, have stayed a couple of years ago and it has now had a refurbishment. Check out TripAdvisor, the reviews are pretty accurate.

It's a great hotel with decent food, just had a major refurb and is adults only.
