Is PDI very busy at present. I went there at around this time a couple of years ago and it was fairly quiet, for instance enough people in CITA every evening to fill 1 bar, but I never saw enough people to make 2 bars really busy and none of the restaurants or places in Yumbo were crowded. My hotel had plenty of spaces too. Just wondering as I was thinking of heading there in a couple of weeks time and the accommodation prices are over double what I paid before. |

Thanks, yes I was looking at before carnival week. I just mentioned the bars as a gauge of the place's busy-ness now, if people say it is so busy that several bars are packed every night that would explain the accommodation being so much more expensive.
Maybe they will drop prices at the last minute, rather than have empty rooms. |
