Can anyone recommend a good adult hotel mainland Spain, where swinging isn't obvious . Would like to find a hotel with possibly a roof top terrace and nude sunbathing

"Adult only" hotels in Spain means no kids. It doesn't mean adult fun.
Hotel nudist areas are very rare in Spain other than in PDI.
There may be one that I've not heard of but I think Unicorn hunting would be more successful.
Hotel ritual in Torremalinos has a roof terrace that is naturist, it’s an adult only hotel in the centre of town, we was there last week, very friendly place.
