I'm curious to see if anyone else has fallen foul of the booking process?
Paid deposit back in July.
My fault entirely in not reading confirmation email correctly.
Heading was payment successful and I didn't read right to the bottom where it says booking automatically cancelled if payment not made in a week.
So I thought today I'd better chase up the balance .
Oops.
As they are fully booked for our original dates I'm rather optimistically hoping they'll refund our deposit... |

No, it hasn't changed. Balance paid on arrival.
I've just received an email to confirm this.
I managed to get hold of the wrong end of the sausage.
Still, after telling the Ayatollah I'd lost our deposit I'm now back in her good books. |
