We will be staying at the Playa Vera hotel on 1st August so will be on the beach 1st and 2nd and ideally would like to meet up with a couple or more whilst we’re there. Not sure of the closest club that might be open but would be interested to hear of our best options to squeeze some fun in.  |

there is a club very near hotel called el pecador open most days im sure, its nice in there, good bar, we didnt get into inner sanctum we were not impressed with clientele but that was a few weeks ago and it was very late so give it a go. I would love your opinion |

It sounds like you have been really unlucky. I live in the province of Almería and I like that area so much I am going to move there. I was working there for only 3 weeks and I was approached by a couple in a bar, we had fun together and still in touch with them. Much later, I went back one day for a meal and met a lovely German lady. After she spent 15 minutes smiling and staring at me, I finally got the message. I went for a day but stayed for two!
The ambience and the friendliness of the Andalucians makes it easy to meet people. As Buffymayfair has said, the Pirate's bar and the who's near function are good too. |
