That would be Goldcar, well known for this. Contact your credit card supplier and they may deal with it. |

I work in Alicante airport and they have an awful reputation been like it for years as said previously if you paid by credit card then see if they will help I would never advise to use them sorry |

Unfortunately we didn't book with credit card and even more annoyed we didn't do.due diligence on them ...thanks for your reply |

You should consider using someone else they are the worst by far I have worked in the airport for over six years never heard a good word said about them good luck |
