July/aug is really hot out there and quiet. A few swinging meeting points/clubs close. And swinging scene is quiet.
If you want the best time for swinging, then October is usually the busiest month. Nov and Dec are good also. Then Feb to April.

We went between Christmas and the New Year in 2022 and found PDI to be really vibrant and buzzing. The bars and clubs were busy. Really awesome atmosphere.
In 2023 we went for two weeks at the beginning of December and literally saw the bars and clubs grow increasingly quiet day by day till the resort felt empty at the end of our visit.
This year we’re visiting from the 14th October as everyone we’ve spoken with and everything we’ve read (plus dynamic hotel pricing) seems to suggest that the first few weeks of October are the busiest for the lifestylers.
Interestingly, we found Secrets to be reasonably busy when the rest of the venues were quiet.
