Can only find two , Venus star and La mirage and neither look particularly nice . Has anyone found anywhere else to stay?"

Venus star is nicer , cleaner and cheaper than most of the other self catering apartments available in Gran Canaria .
Venus paradise is the original resort that has been refurbished. |

We have been to Venus, SWParadise and La Mirage.
Venus is out favourite, we're back there again in 3 weeks. SWParadise would be our choice for a more relaxed long weekend. Both have excellent restaurants and breakfasts available.and good choices of wines.
La Mirage doesn't work for us, but lots of people prefer it. |

We’ve been to original Venus, original La Mirage, Venus star and the newer la mirage and we found all of them great, friendly, fun and all spotlessly clean. Great mixture of guests at each. I think you can only judge when you’ve actually been and stayed with them. |

We've been venus star and mirage and staying at paradise on 15 March as venus was full we preferred venus star over mirage a bit more vibrant, we are looking forward to paradise, also we really enjoy bulldog bar in cita in the evening. |

Bulldog bar we have been refused on two occasions spoken to other people we know who have had similar experiences with ridiculous reasons. Bumped into the big guy who works there in Eden he told us the management have a particular type of clientele they want and it is mainly German and Scandinavian |

We heard that last year however our experience couldn’t have been more different. We had two great nights there, the staff were lovely, it’s definitely a more continental clientele but we liked that anyway and can’t wait to go back to BB in mid March. |

Apparently the staff were changed, I think it's mentioned in the latest swingers guide by Justusboth2013 on Edens website.
Too small smokey and claustrophobic for us anyway. |

We also had a couple of great nights in BBB in early January. Very very few Brits. They were turning People away, Not sure if this was due to capacity being reached or the dress to impress rule.
Get there early or even better, book a table if you want a seat |

Been to BB a few times, always found it too smokey but enjoyed our visits, staff always been great but it’s a small bar so once it’s full there’s no where else they can put you as you can’t block the walk way through the centre of the bar ! |

Also you can day visit the three places Venus Star, SW-Paradise Resort and La Mirage, taxi there from an apartment in town. Try all three!
Day visits are cheap and don't tie you to the same experience every day. Staying in town instead brings other daytime options too, and everyone taxis into town at night anyway... these three nude swing resort places are quiet (dead) at night. |

Not great ! Dont mind smokers as long as we don’t have to be sitting in a smoke den! Hubby’s really sensitive to it and makes him sick . |

We went to BB once,was very busy and after spending a couple of hours there, our clothes were stinking of smoke. Have never been back so no idea if it has improved. |
