Mixed feelings of the reviews for greenfield hotel PDI

Looking to book nice and cheap and we know you get what you pay for

Just wanted hotel with like minded people and a naked sunbathing area

3 star hotel, currently there. Rooms alright, what you get for 3*, same goes for food. Hence I'm staying b&b. Pool area good, rooftop Nude bathing great too, never busy, sometimes even empty

I would request room above 1st floor and not facing sea, otherwise you will have live music under your windows from pub downstairs every night.

Any more questions, ask

We were there in April and loved it. Great pool too, with a bar, with a two for one happy hour.

We went first time to green fields last November we did upgrade to one bed apartment and b&b

Room was good with road view once you shut patio doors and in bed didn't hear loud music but was out most nights

Food...only did breakfast it was ok but wasn't paying for 5* as with most hotels same food every day got boring lol

Irish bar Mulligans on ground floor if you wanted a change and food was really good there and get 10% discount if staying at green fields

Pool was big and good to chill in afternoon when hot spent most sunbathing on roof terrace did get busy on few occasions but always found room

We did also go in March this year for St Patrick's and carnival atmosphere was fantastic as its in Irish Quarter did know at the time we are going in November for couple of weeks and also March next year xx

Hopefully information helps xx

Don't do it.... the food despite what people are saying is inedible, not even worth going for B&B the pool area is almost 50-50 with noisy Finns and the Green brigade. and the person who said they didn't hear the loud music from the bars downstairs and across when they closed the doors must have switched their 'hearing aid' off at the same time.

If you need anything other than 2 cups, plates knives and forks the people at reception will more than happy to RENT it to you (this should tell you what king of place it is....

Gran Canaria

Stayed 3 times in last 2 years, it’s a 3 star, naked terrace, very different crowds.. Hen party’s, swingers, pride lovers, retired folk and even the Spanish.

This hotel isn’t for everyone, although it is for anyone.. Open minds, sunshine and cocktails is all you need

Ps, Mulligans is excellent x

The elderly couple from France that didn't like the hotel maybe shouldn't have gone with your parents and have to be in bed by 9pm and missed all the fun!!

Can see why you wear the masks to keep your identity secret after your racist comments

We have stayed there twice and returning next month. It's pretty no frills basic but clean, it's in a good location close to bars and restaurants 7n fact there's a bar right next door. The pool is a decent size and it also has a naked roof terrace. We go on a BnB basis which is a buffet breakfast it's ok but miles away from a Michelin star lol. You can walk to the beach and bus station in less than 15mins. Personally for us it's just a base if you want 5* go elsewhere if you want basic competivly priced accommodation its a good choice

You are funnier than Roy Chubby Brown... (PS he calls himself that, so 'not' fat shaming anyone there...)

The Green Brigade we presume you mean Irish. It doesn't really matter where in the world people are from they just want to relax have a good time in their holidays. People's budgets differ especially nowadays so if necessary belts need to be tightened so choosing accommodation that is more affordable Greenfield ticks the boxes

That's about as believable as a politicians promise.

And by the way, as one of the green brigade that you actually referred to, can I say its in the heart of the Irish quarter. Irish pubs everywhere.

Nobody mentions the Finns “what did they do to the Romans to get a bad wrap” nothing against the beautiful Celtic race but how many of those Irish pubs are actually owned by Irish owners???

I think if you drink 2 pints of Guinness, you're legally entitled to claim Irish citizenship

We stayed there once. I would not stay again even if it was free. That’s just our view on it. Each to their own.

Definitely mixed feelings now! Haha

All we wanted was a cheap clean base

With the option of a naked sunbathing area with like minded people

We do enjoy afternoon fun after mixing with other swingers couples or singles

Hand to just go back to your room without worrying about sneaking people past security

Ideal solution would be meeting someone whilst naked sunbathing back to the room for some fun and a relaxing evening having a nice drink and checking out the clubs later

Greenfields £1700 pounds cheaper than HL suits !! We know you get what you pay for but to be honest we would not go to PDI if it wasn’t for the swinging

I’m on my last day of a 9 day holiday here..

Booked though jet2 and as B&B..

As someone has said it’s good as a base , totally agree with this ..

Also it’s close to some nice bars and food ..

Room was ok , clean and was cleaned daily without fail.

Noise - nah never heard it really …

Food - yeah if I booked again I’d go room only and eat breakfast out daily …

Pool area was ok , happy hour was great …

All in all a really cheap holiday not massive complaints here
