Mixed for couples and singles night Xx Nora "We arrived tonight at 2.10 and was told their was only 1 couple in the club and the told us the club was closed. I’d explained the 3am closing time advertised and was told the club was closed and I asked if we could have a look around the club and was told no. So unprofessional and very disappointing after taking the time to travel out. Was happy to pay entry, have a drink and see the club for attending another night. Like I said very unprofessional | |||

Like I said very unprofessional "Unfortunately there was a confusion at the door, I talked to the receptionist and she told me that everyone already (play early and leave early) left so that's why she was trying to explain you.... Only that you're not sitting alone in a very large club thinking nobody's there! But that's not unprofessional, that means, don't wanna take your money for an empty club.... Unfortunately there was a confusion at the door, I talked to the receptionist and she told me that everyone already (play early and leave early) left so that's why she was trying to explain you....
Only that you're not sitting alone in a very large club thinking nobody's there!
But that's not unprofessional, that means, don't wanna take your money for an empty club....
But I'm sorry you feel that way only on a misunders_anding at the door.

Xx Nora "Hi and thank you for your reply, I know trying to manage any business is difficult when relying on staff. We are not looking to make a big deal but at the same time we were disappointed. I asked twice if we could have a look inside the club so we knew what to expect if visiting again and was told a very firm No, we had paid a taxi €10 out and the same home so if the club was empty and we could not pay to use the club we just wanted to see around it. The member of staff was not helpful at all and just did not want to know. You can not be there all the time yourself and some feed back from our experience when you were not on site. | |||

"We went to the club last night and are delighted we did. It’s a really lovely club. Very well decorated and with a brilliant atmosphere and buzz. "We have spent 3 nights this week at Mystique. Was lovely meeting you Nora and John. For anyone heading to Tenerife this is a must visit. Every night is very different. So many sexi couples there last nite for cpls nite. We didn't know where to look! Lovely club, clean and lovely spaces and everyone super friendly. Can't wait to come back next holiday! This message is from me, to say Thank you, I left your club a different person, we have always wanted to Try swinging but never had the courage especially here in Ireland, taboo, been judged, real weirdo's on swinging sites, not nice, but we were never in tenerife before so we said OK let's try your club. Yaiza told us showings round for first time, the lady is the queen, we met a beautiful amazing experienced couple from Switzerland, who just made us feel so special, your staff made us feel special, I left like I was floating still cant believe it happened, I now feel more sexy, confident, empowered, my husband has told me for 25 years I was amazing, brilliant and sexy but I never felt it, I always had low self esteem not anymore, from little Ireland a huge thank you for giving people the freedom and joy of experiencing this life without it been hidden, taboo or ashamed, we will be back hopefully next year March.
