San Pedro town hall banned nudity from all its beaches a few years ago. Apparently the only town hall in Spain to specifically do so, and much to the disgust of the Spanish naturist federation.
In the past if you walked from the marina heading towards La Manga (Playa La Llana) the far end was nudist. Whether or not anyone still goes up there I'm not sure. It's a long time since we last went there.
It's quite remote so the chances of getting caught would be slim, but if you are you will almost certainly get a fine or at least a very strong warning.
Legal naturist beaches are all a good drive from there.
