Spanish naturist beaches are just that and nothing else. There is nowhere in Spain where full public sex on the beach is allowed or even tolerated.
However if you find a beach with dunes/woods behind you can sometimes find a bit of discrete fun in there. Although in our experience it tends to be mostly single guys looking for the occasional couple or playing with each other.
