"We are looking to book.. anyone stayed at or near Playa del sol? How far is it from the airport and approx taxi cost? "
There's an app called pide taxis you can see charges
It's about 40 mins in the local bus and it's €3.50

Unfortunately the app doesn't give accurate prices, a week ago it said La Mirage to Cita was 6€ but it was closer to 8€ on the meter. |

Taxi prices have increased.
Last week it was 45 euros from airport to venus star so it will be 40+ to Cita.
Last march, venus to Cita was just over 6 euro.
This March it was about 7.50.
Last week it was 8.50/9.00.
These were evening prices |

We have stayed in Playa del Sol a few times and are back there next month. It’s a good hotel. Nice modern rooms and 90% of them have pool views. Nice big pool and a separate jacuzzi and there is happy hour at the pool bar. Naked terrace on the roof and good WI-FI throughout the hotel at no extra cost. There is also a key card controlled door that gives direct access to the Yumbo.

Maybe it's changed but I think there used to be an option to pay on the app which might be beneficial then ? |

As far as I know the nudist beach is in maspalomas...I'll be heading to route 69 when I'm there in november |

There’s one in pdi , head down past shops bars etc then keep walking along beach as if you walking to maspolomas , you won’t miss it it’s not too far along
There’s one in maspolomas also not sure where but think it’s near lighthouse |

There’s one in pdi , head down past shops bars etc then keep walking along beach as if you walking to maspolomas , you won’t miss it it’s not too far along
Maybe you are meaning Riu Hotel Mirador in Maspalomas or Santa Monica suites hotel in Playa del Inglés side.
There’s one in maspolomas also not sure where but think it’s near lighthouse "
