Yes you can. I was there a few weeks ago and it was easily arranged at the desk. Just make sure to bring proper ID with you.

Open at 12 for day passes, it can get busy especially in October so get there on time!

You'll need to bring ID, but if you email them they will tell you if they will accept a copy of your passport)
