Apologies for the unusual request - has anyone in the Malaga province seen Halloumi Cheese in their local shops? If so, where?
I can find Feta really easily but Halloumi seems very hard to find - the only place I have seen Halloumi was in a shop that imports British food (yes, I know Halloumi isn't British) in a part of the province I seldom visit.
My wife is originally Lebanese so she is longing to find some.
If anyone in the Malaga province has sighted any I'd be grateful for a report

"Have you tried Lidl or Aldi I’ve also seen icelands since being here."
We live on the Eastern side of Malaga and have checked out the Aldi & Lidl shops here as far as Nerja - and they don't have anything. I've looked in supermarkets when we have been on the other side but I haven't done an exhaustive search.
I was hoping someone would say "we always see it in xxx supermarket" ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |
