We were there yesterday and the kiosk is open with the same staff as before. They even came to the sunbeds to ask if you wanted a drink. There was plastic chairs and a couple of small tables if you wanted to sit and have a drink. Don't think they're doing any food though.
Not sure about the dunes,I did have a look from a distance and it seemed like the meerkats were there.

The dunes will never open again, it's marked paths now although a few take the risk of fines |

The dunes are open and it’s returning to how it was a few years ago with several couples around.
Guards patrol in a half hearted way until siesta time at 14:30 and don’t come back.
When it’s too windy for the beach, the dunes are the best option as always |
