Possibly near Orzola or Papagayo but I’ve never seen anything happen.

Hi papagayo beach you can go nude. There is a village call charco del palo which is a nudist village where you can walk round completely naked. Not a swingers resort. But there is more swingers there then you think. If you look you will see. X
