There's three main centres that swingers rally around. The Cita centre is the furthest south, the Yumbo centre is in the middle and the Nilo centre is the furthest north.
Where you stay is up to you (taxis are cheap), but among the most central hotels are the Nayra, Neptune, Buenos Aires and Don Miguel.
Other popular hotels are Abora Catarina in the south and the Gold half way between the Cita and the Yumbo.
There's two known swingers hotels the Venus Star and La Mirage. The only thing is you won't find these on TUI or Jet2, etc. You'll have to book your own flights and transfers.
Many PDI hotels on provide self catering or B&B so if you want full board or all inclusive you choice will be more limited but the Abora Catarina has all-inclusive and it's very close to the Cita centre and the dunes.
By the way we are staying at the Anamar Hotel, which is just opposite the Gold hotel and it's the area we prefer to stay in.

We stayed in HL suites hotel and it was fantastic. Naked roof terrace .great bar , food was great and very handy 3 mins walk to beach and 10 min walk to cita and yumbo centres .. booked again for October |

"We want to try the Anamar in October- gold is simply too expensive this year. Would you recommend it? "
We can recommend the price. You can get a junior suite on their bed & breakfast tariff cheaper than the street view room in Gold. We even managed to get a superior junior suite on that basis, but don't know how many of them are left.
We've been talking with people who have stayed there before and they like the Anamar and have been willing to go back a few times, including booking for this October.
