A few turned up for the social. Once the 2 couples that were there copped off with each, they became invisible on the 'Whos near now'and stopped answering messages.
Fair play to them but not very sociable to the at least 3 males who made the effort to get there and who they would have had to rely on for company if the other couple had not shown up.
A social meet should be just that. |

A social is what it turns into, and we never turned who’s near off and we answered messages.
We made the effort to speak to people, nobody approached us, as it happens we had a great afternoon.
We even invited a single guy to join us, but he never made a move

I politely asked on messenger if I could join you. Before I had time to read your message you had joined another couple. I asked again politely if it was still ok to join you.
This message went unanswered and you were suddenly not on who is close by. I could of just come over but that would of been rude. But of course you being a couple ignoring me because you had found another couple is ok.
It was after supposed to be a Social.
A polte thanks but no thanks wouldn't have been an issue.

Literally just turned off who’s near as we leave in an hour.
We are a very sociable couple regardless of who would like to chat with us when out.
