Norovirus has been at this hotel since at least beginning of July this year. Lots of guests feeling unwell,&complaining to hotel management & reps, but still hotel stays open accepting guests. We stayed in corralejo for 4 weeks in october & we were advised to stay well away from hotel. |

Both on the mend.. but is been 4 days wasted in total.
Tui should stop sending people till it clear thow.
Have to say we willnt be coming back to this hotel again.
This sickness bug has just topped it off on top of a few issues.
Serving food as vegetarian but then after eating it the food has meat in.
Moved rooms after first room was shocking.
Had a pair of shoe nicked or the room now Mrs has only flips to go back to the UK in..
New room has no working Aircon then said they don't put it on as it's up to the manager... Clearly air its broken and is an excuse, as first room had full working Aircon.
Then sickness bug...
Hotel need refurbishing in general.
So if people are looking to come to Oliva beach I would think hard before you come.
