realised that after typing it
It’s only a couple of miles down the road
We have stayed at Gold and Rui Papayas In PDI (both lovely)but seem to like it down the lighthouse end in the day
Just don’t know of many hotels that way on

The Lopesan chain of hotels are really nice down that end or the H10 hotels...way more expensive than PDI...but great bars, designer shops and restaurants.
Cafe del Mar worth a visit even just for cocktails
