My other half is getting vexed with what to pack! He’s a shorts and T-shirt type, and doesn’t know wether to pack jeans & shirts.
Just to help can any of you give a steer on what most men wear in the evenings in the bars and clubs?
He’s doing my head in…. I thought it was us ladies that had this quandary |

Smart shorts and smart t-shirts are usually permitted at lots of places (including our place)
As long as you don't look like you just rolled off the beach and haven't washed for a week then you'll be fine. Jeans can be quite hot though....but I suppose you'll just take them off anyway |

You can take it on top floor, “GLOBAL” express lines 66 and 90. It will cost 4,05€ and departures each hour. It takes less 40 minutes.

Almost no clubs anywhere, well not swingers clubs anyways, provide any equipment apart from what is fixed to the walls etc like St. Andrews crosses. But you never know. Never seen any clubs in PDI have anything like that. |

All depends on the night. You couldn't get in FunForAll last night it was rammed but Secrets next door was fairly quiet and no atmosphere. The night before apparently Secrets was rammed.
When Comeback starts emptying that's when to go to a club as they all tend to be quiet before then. |

I want to know too! One of the 2 hotels my other half mentioned. We are booking to go at the end of the month."
I’ve stayed at Greenfield. It’s a good value hotel. Nice and clean with everything you need. The food’s not bad, but I wouldn’t bother with all including as it was quite repetitive |

Stayed here before, Hotel itself is nice and clean and staff friendly. Plenty of sun beds and short walk to promenade and pdi beach. Didnt get to see or use the nude terrace as its was undergoing renovation so was closed. Would definitely recommend. Plenty of places to eat and bars nearby. |

Oh, and if I venture to a club for a drink is there a dress code for guys if not a specialist night?

Most take card, some like 2x2 Meeting Point cash only, good idea to check when you enter anywhere. All normal places and taxis etc accept both.
No dress code, other than smart casual |

We’ve been in a private transfer from the airport and 6 taxis from Meloneras to Cita and never had to wear a mask yet. The drivers have not had masks on either. So whilst it might be the ‘law’ in Spain, thankfully they seem to be taking a pragmatic approach here. |

We’ve been in a private transfer from the airport and 6 taxis from Meloneras to Cita and never had to wear a mask yet. The drivers have not had masks on either. So whilst it might be the ‘law’ in Spain, thankfully they seem to be taking a pragmatic approach here. "
Our transfer driver wore a mask but didn't ask us to put one on but it was a private transfer, so only the two of us. From what we've seen, Chemists and Buses seem to be the most adhered to, not saying all but certainly the majority. Some taxi drivers too wearing them, have seen them around Cita and Yumbo |
