Not stayed a suite hotel so can’t give honest opinion on that one
.
We found Catarina a little disappointing and very average. This could be due to no other fab members there when we were there and we had only really booked this hotel to hopefully meet others so maybe just unlucky.
Gold was nice and other fabbers were there. Food was very good but we didn’t like the concrete sun beds with gym mats on. They did have balibeds around the other pool but this is surrounded by stone clippings so not good in bare feet.
Gran Canaria Princess is a lovely hotel made even better when other fabbers are there as it’s massive and easy to sneak into each other’s rooms. Pool area is huge and never a struggle for a sun lounger no matter what time you get up from the night before.
Only downside is no naked roof top sun terrace.
We will add Venus into the mix. A great place to stay and full of other couples to have fun with. The downside being it’s expensive for what it is and a taxi ride every night you go into PDI as it’s to far out from the clubs to walk.
Hope this helps you decide which to choose but each hotel has its good points. What’s good for some may not be good for you but honest reviews like ours above will help you book what’s good for you. |

We stayed in gran Canaria Princess last year and found it to be a bit lacklustre. Massive quese for a drink. The spa area was nice. For just a place to stay we stayed at the waikiki that was OK. Has a nice adults area with a hot tub thing. Best place we stayed was in maspalomas at dunas suites and villas. Had your own little bungalow and a couple of pools to choose from |
