I know in April when the erotic show was on, the number of single guys was limited(obviously) and there was a small admission charge, which included a drink. | |||

I’ve never been but genuinely never heard a bad word from anyone before, was looking to visit when I arrive later this month so I’ll still go and make my own mind up "Glad to hear you will still try it. There are bars people rave about on here that I don't like. Best to try them all and see what suits you. | |||

My recommendation would be for you to try it yourself and see how you find it. Be aware there is a 10 Euro minimum charge. We found cheapest around after visiting many places. I'm not a big drinker so made sure T gave me UK measures, double size or way too strong for me. Erotic shows every night. Cash only. Single guys are welcome but Tommy ensures they behave. In September he stopped a single guy from watching couple playing as aware they didn't like it. Also witnessed him ensuring a single guy did not pester a couple. He's on his own in the bar but his eyes are everywhere to make sure everyone is safe. He works hard. This is our personal experience. We always advocate everyone tries different bars/clubs as one size does not fit all. | |||

You will also note we said in another comment, something like 'give it a try, we didn't mean everyone wouldn't like it'. If we were to give a minute by minute account, THAT would have been 'slagging it off' Tommy has replied, we are satisfied with his reply, so for us, that ends the matter | |||

We stated an opinion and remain 100% of the same opinion ie The post was based on someone's personal experience and we really don't think there was anything said that deserved the escalation, it's the type of thing posted on these forums regularly whether it be about pubs, clubs or hotels. Thank goodness for individuality and choice because not everyone likes this he same things, or the same people. It won't stop us going but if it's not good we won't be thinking those idiots recommended it !!! No real need for hissy fits though. Hopefully what happened was a one off because we (as already stated ) are looking forward to RETURNING as we quite liked it on our previous visits. We may or may not give our comments next time we go, it would probably depend on how particularly good or particularly bad it might be and if we think it might be of interest to others. It will be great if we can come back and report the best night we ever had !! | |||

I thought only our friends would take heed of it, never counted on the public relations team, as I had already messaged Tommy directly. I have seen a couple of negative status updates already about venues and still strongly believe all opinions should be aired, not just good ones. Venues should listen to all feedback....we posted very positive feedback about our April visit and were bitterly disappointed. The public relations team wanted us to say in public, what we said in private and I think it was right to keep it private. We look for reviews and updates on all venues and read them with interest and never post with malice, in spite of some of the messages we receive privately. Ultimately, the public relations team were sitting in the UK, we were actually there.....who do you think would know best about our experience? | |||
