Have a look at RG Villas. Short walk to beach, right between the Cita Centre where most of the clubs and bars are and the Yumbo centre. It's opposite the Gold Hotel which is very popular with swingers from here and also opposite the large hyperdino supermarket. Has a heated pool and very clean also the owner let's you use the washing machine and detergent free. X |

I would suggest you take a look at Eden gc profile where you will find a link to the most excellent Guide to all things PDI. It's an independent guide compiled by a lovely couple who are veterans and regulars to the paradise resort. Contains everything you need to know as a first timer.

So I’ve been to pdi before now in May / June & Aug and always been aware of oct onwards being busy - tempted for Oct this year so jumped on the thread - omg sooooo many going
I guess loose question - (as I can’t really tell from the varied dates)… is any particular week busiest or is it Oct in general ? Jet2 prices seem to be better around 1st week … |

Due to the pandemic, the dunes restored a lot of their natural beauty and plant/wildlife began to thrive again. As such, the dunes are preserved with boundaries and dedicated walking paths.
That said, there does appear to be the odd bit of activity going on. And with the preservation, there are rangers keeping an eye out and in a position to issue fines.
I can’t tell you the latest and greatest news of 2023, but this was certainly the case last year and see no reason why it may have changed.
Some of the locals may be better positioned to advise. |

We are in PDI at the moment, there appears to be a lot of beach patrols in this area, we walked around a km from the end of the bars and there was a presence at all times, this was mid afternoon, i don't think you could do too much tbh x  |

We stayed in Greenfield in April and loved it. ( might be back Sept 30th for a week ). Lots of pubs and restaurants right outside, and a short distance to Eden ( amazing and so friendly ), and Cita. Eden is actually walkable.
There is a nudist sunbathing area, but it wasn't great. Oh and the nudist beach is also walkable. Pool had plenty of sunloungers, and had a bar, with a daily happy hour, 2 for the price of 1. |
