I would question September being the best time ?
We've found March and October to be the busiest and possibly Christmas but very quiet in summer |

We've found March and October to be the busiest and possibly Christmas but very quiet in summer "
When we went the last two weeks of September we found it very busy. Many arguments were witnessed at Kiosk 4 now 6 where people had saved sunbeds and their bags/towels removed by others. Be prepared for packed clubs and hot temperatures.
We've travelled there for many years, April was moderate yet beginning of May busy but that's usually when it's Gay Pride.
November was very busy but December was quiet.
We've been 2x in July, once it was very quiet yet last year was moderate, probs season change due to covid.
A January visit was moderate.
We avoid October as we've been told it's the busiest month and tbh we now avoid September for that reason. We are not ones to visit when it's packed and boiling hot. Moderate crowds is better for us.
Personally though we love the island and there's more to it than just the swinging scene, hence why we visit frequently. This lifestyle is an added bonus when the mood takes us.
