PDI - Advice on naturist solariums and swinging resorts.

Hi there, First time for us on the forums. Let me quickly explain our circumstances - we have not yet participated in any full swap or even soft swap. We have been to clubs but just kept to ourselves and enjoyed watching and being watched.

We're a married couple who has established that we'd like to try PDI this summer. The main aim to to try some naked sunbathing, and we like the idea of not only being naked on the lounger but also Mrs being naked going to and from the pool etc. Mr loves this idea, and I have a bit of an exhibionist streak.

When we have looked into purely naturist resorts, it feels like that is something different. Even though we wouldn't necessarily swing, taking the sexual element out of things wouldn't be right for us.

I wonder if anyone understands where we're coming from and can advise if places like Venus, LM are going to be too full on for us. Alternatively, if solariums like at Abora and Suitehotel wouldn't be sexual enough and fulfil our exhibism ideas?

Obviously, it's impossible for anyone to know for sure (and we don't either) but any thoughts and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Venus suits i'd say, there's quite rightly no pressure to play whatsover,

just enjoy its sexy vibe and facilities, perhaps visit outside the main swingers season of Oct to end of March,it'll be less busy, hotter, and only 99 euros a night in the back few rows which are exactly the same as the 139 euro ones only they take 5 seconds longer to be poolside and to enjoys that fabulous huge Jacuzzi .

Thanks Penny, Venus is the option we are possibly leaning towards. Once you start reading up people's experiences seem to be very different, which I guess is somewhat inevitable. Some suggesting it's too full on, then others who say they haven't seen anything happening around the pool or anyone even nude. I guess it's fairly changeable? X

I honestly think you would have more fun down at kiosk 4 on the beach rather than staying in a swingers resort for what your looking for, loads of opportunities for a bit of Exhibitionism and plenty voyeurs around looking for a peek.

stay somewhere relaxing where you can go get away from everything if needed, somewhere like gold by marina would suit your needs, close to the clubs for you guys to venture out and beach not too far away

Hello H & A from some fellow Prestonians. Spookily, we've just booked Venus for May. We haven't been before, but anticipating it will be a very similar set-up as La Mirage that we have stayed at. We think the thing to remember is that the scene is very much whatever you are comfortable with it being. Watch others, exhibitionism, public/private sex is all around you. Just make sure you know what you're both comfortable with and go with the flow. There's no pressure from anyone. You'll probably find yourselves in the bars and clubs in Cita when the sun goes down. They're fun, but probably a bit more full-on than local venues (like No3 in Chorley, for example). Might be a good idea to try there before you put your toe in the water. The nudist/swingers area on the beach by Kiosk 4 is nice (30 mins walk from Venus) and handy for the dunes if you find yourself with an itch that needs scratching in the afternoon.

Feel free to DM us if you'd like to know more or feel like meeting up if you'd like chew the fat at a club. Enjoy this lovely scene whatever it is you decide you want out of it.

There are a few hotels with naked solariums (solaria?). Suite Hotel, Abora, green fields, Playa sol. Good places to start. There can be some play at times and we’ve found them good to meet folk. Varies in cost.

Venus or La Mirage are great options too and definitely no pressure to play and it isn’t far to travel from your sunbed to the pool and back. Short taxis into the resort action.

Love the beach but it’s not a consistent place to get naked. Depends on the weather (sand storms and availability of beds). I’d recommend trying it on a good day.

These are our views but everyone is different.

You mentioned summer, I can't say about la mirage or Venus but in our experience the clubs can be pretty quiet in summer and it's mainly family holiday makers on the beach.

We are very similar to yourselves had a great holiday last year staying at gold and trying the clubs and beach and trying playa del sol next. Fancy a day at venus but a bit nervous lol

Can I just thank everyone for all the replies and advice. We've replied in most cases privately. It's been very helpful hearing people's experiences OF PDI and we now have a much longer list of hotels to research! Thanks xx

Managed to decipher some of this and now intrigued. Had a look at venus. Anyone who has been to these hotels can you please advise the best one. Mrs tends to like to play our age or slightly younger we are both in out early 40s.

To chip in on our experience, La Mirage works for us.

Very relaxed, chilled and no pressure environment but with the facilities and possible opportunity to have some fun if you wish to, be it outside, between ourselves or with others, in private or whatever.

Freedom to be naked all the time and interact with other guests, from a range of different countries, be it for a chat, drink and play if that’s what you all wish to do.

Age wise we have seen 30s to 60s, all shapes and sizes, everyone has always been very friendly even if it’s just a hello or a passing chat. Regardless the experience will be slightly different with whoever is staying at that time. Pot luck but always friendly with no judgement.

You can of course also go out if you wish to enhance your hols, beach, clubs and bars.

We go with no expectations that fun will happen (if it does bonus!), but enjoy been naked on a sunny holiday in a lovely location.

I would say an ideal place for first timers getting naked in front of others, once you get over the first 2min wearing clothes will be history! Lol x
