In Benidorm there is the new El Sofa sex cinema which (so I believe) is now doing swinger nights at the weekends.
For "pick up" bars Cafe Benidorm has a certain reputation, especially in the early hours, but it can be very hit and miss. I suppose for a pick up you could get lucky almost anywhere.
Around Alicante there is Jardin del Eden and Aditi. Both are outside the city so public transport would be difficult and Taxi from Benidorm would be expensive.
Close to the city centre is Play Papua. We've never tried that one so can't say much.
If you do hire a car you could go it bit further past Alicante to Besos at Guardamar. It is the only English owned swinger club in Spain. Probably just under an hour from Benidorm.
Heading in the opposite direction we've heard on here about a sex cinema type place in Denia but don't know much about it.
