Can anyone point me in the direction of some good nude beach’s in the orihuela Costa area? I am there for around 8 weeks soon and want to get a good all over tan.

Thanks

Alicante, Spain. (Sometimes in Wales)

La Marina. Nice beach and often somebody on "see who's near" is about.

Costa Blanca Spain...

On Orihuela Costa itself there is only one naturist beach. Cala Mosca, pretty much directly opposite the Lidl/Burger King roundabout at Playa Flamenca.

You can dice with death trying to cross the N332 at the roundabout or park up at Playa Flamenca and walk across the cliff top. It's a bit rough underfoot so flip flops are not recommended.

The beach itself is quite small and the amount of sand can vary.

As said above, the better beach is Playa los Tusales (AKA La Marina beach) which is between Guardamar and La Marina. Around a 20 minute drive.

Gorgeous day today though, if you were out of the wind.

Costa Blanca Spain...

15 deg and thick cloud today.

I'm sat in the house wearing a pully. Kit off on the beach? Sod that for a game of soldiers.

If the sun is shining then yes, but the weather can be very mixed in springtime here.

A bit more detail to what I posted above.

Cala Mosca comprises of two small cove beaches between Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima, pretty much directly opposite the Lidl/Burger King roundabout.

You could park there and cross the N332 but I would not recommend it. The road is dual carriageway, busy and fast. It really can be a dice with death.

Better option would be to park at Playa Flamenca then head over the waste land towards Punta Prima.

The first beach you will see is textile so you need to carry on to where it becomes a cliff going down to the sea.

You will see a makeshift railing which marks the top of the path going down to the beach.

Like I said before it is rough underfoot so decent shoes are a must.

The beach itself is small and winter storms can scour most (if not all) of the sand away but it always seems to recover for the summer.

I've not been down there for a couple of months so can't say what condition it is in now.
