2 spring to mind, Cabopino to the south, not sure how easy it is to have fun in the dunes. Or Almayate to to the east of Malaga. Easier to have fun there I suspect...

Pretty good chance - so far October and November have been excellent. But the temperature will probably just creep above 20C. Bring something (or someone) warm because the temperature drops a lot after dark at this time of year.
