Have noticed that many dates are either fully booked or have limited availability.
Does anyone know if it is due to reduced capacity because of covid or just very popular this year ? |

So it seems. We are there 26th oct to 6th nov and were going to extend it but space is very limited so we were curious as to reason. |

"We are there from Monday but have not heard from them yet. Does anyone know how long before you go they get in touch to find out when you arrive "
You need to email them the details, especially if you want their driver to collect you from the airport by private transfer, which is necessary if you arrive after 6pm when reception closes. |

I think there's a place on the booking form when you place your deposit,to say when you are expecting to arrive.we put 2pm the earliest possible as we're there midday Friday. Have never had any follow up mails previously when staying with them. |

We have been here for 10 days and it's getting busier by the day.
They are back to a full compliment of staff and the fantastic breakfast buffet is back.
It was also still busy in the playroom At midnight last night. It appears to be getting back to the pre covid Venus very quickly!  |

Is it best to book the hotels transport or jump in a taxi? Last time we pre booked transport to a different hotel it was a nightmare trying to find the office in the airport we were pushed from one place to another  Thank you |
