South of the Riu Hotels on the road towards Puerto del Rosario, but bear in mind there are hardly any holidaymakers around at the moment.
We like the lagoon beaches in El Cotillo, have a lot of fun in ( and out!) of the stone circles during the winter months. |

While most of the beaches, including those south of the two Riu hotels are clothing optional there is rarely any play even in busier times and regardless of what you might read on Fab. If you want to play use the "who's near" facility on Fab. |

It might be worth pointing out that those who seek impromptu sex with strangers on the beach, complete with it's obvious health risks, would be better suited to Cap or Maspalomas.
In Fuerte there is a never ending cycle of swinging holidaymakers from all over Northern Europe, who return year after year. Like catching up with old friends, it's knowing when they are in town and which is their favourite part of the beach. Many use the same stone circle year after year. Sometimes it's not what you know, but who.
Playing yourselves first in a place where other couples can discretely see you is a much more successful strategy than walking around endlessly looking for someone else to start the fun!

We've only ever met folks on the beach if pre planned, had the odd single guy come up and say hello, most just wander on by.
What bars are favourite to meet up, the old hello bar has been quite successful for us and another just up from beach, can't remember name.
If you are there mid September and fancy a social meet, drop us a line.

As the op has said the best is pre arranged meets .. or get set up in a stone circle when you start to play more people seem to arrive lol

Makes it all the more galling when the death toll due to Covid in Fuerte works out at less than one death a month since the pandemic started and most of those were over 80 with underlying health problems. It really has been a very safe place to be. |

~Got to be honest we dont actively seek any play in the stone circles but its nice to meet like minded people if they are there at the same time x

enjoy your Holiday just back from Corralejo car hire had gone up but found a good company who are reasonable but not via any of the comparison sites. |

Just as an update .. In Corralejo .. music now back on .. masks worn while moving around indoor bars and restaurants .. at level three there is some restrictions to the numbers at tables indoors and outdoors ..
For the bars .. most now back open only ones I've noticed gone are old fashion and Hello beach bar.. (now reopened as The York) heard a few days ago Chablis will be closing and becoming a surf shop .. (can't confirm) a Few New bars opened as well on the main drag .. "main Street" same owners as Smith's arms ..

Hi we have been to Corralejo and El cotillo and had some watch and be watched fun in the stone circles and dunes is there any other resorts on the island we could do the same thanks |

If it’s your first time in the island… You must visit The Corralejo Dunes. But don’t forget to enjoy the beaches around Cotillo village. The hotel? Depending on your budget. I suggest you to rent a private villa. |

Dunes are lovely..
However the ones further back from the sea shore recently are pretty disgusting with wipes everywhere and stinking of piss.
I was there last week and a guy literally walked past our bunker in the open, wipes his arse, dips it and kicked sand over it.
I thought bugger it and cleaned up the one we went in.. ended up with half a carrier bag full!
No excuse there are loads of bins ffs

Yes, because most of the fag ends are left by the Spanish, who are the worst for litter also fed up cleaning after them!  |
