Need help , I know there are a few people who work for holiday companies on here , I booked a holiday for Gran Canaria for July this year , got talked into taking there insurance, they cancelled my holiday due to COVID , got my refund but not for the insurance, I was told when I rebooked my next holiday I could change the dates etc on my insurance, I emailed my details but got told I couldn’t as it’s a single trip policy and that trip is over , even though they cancelled it and I didn’t use the insurance, it don’t seem fair , any ideas or is it just a lesson learned |
