The Dunes are closed for sunbathing and whatever else.
You can walk around them to get to and from the beach I think.
People DO sunbathe etc there BUT at their own risk. Hope this helps |

Loads of people walking accross the dunes to get to the beach today.. Spanish included |

You are allowed on the designated paths through the dunes. The area has always been protected for ecological reasons but it was never enforced. It is now and the dunes are more beautiful than ever. Mother nature has had time to repair the damage done by the humans. |
