Hi

Has anyone been along to the besos club recently?

Is it entertaining going in the afternoon in the current times?

Costa Blanca Spain...

We have been on the last few Sundays.

To be fair it has been a bit hit and miss but we have enjoyed every visit (some more than others LOL)

With many of the regulars not even in the country at the moment it will always be difficult to get the numbers back to where they should be.

However we think that those of us who can should give the club the support it deserves and do our best to ensure that it survives until the better times return. Use it or lose it!

Oh and there is a bit of fun to be had as well.

We will be there again on Sunday.

Alicante, Costa Blanca

Some Spanish friends of ours fortnight ago to Besos. The place was nearly empty and they only stayed a while. and drove backto Papua club in Albufereta,Alicante City where they had more fun.

Firstly I didn't think that Papua existed now. Certainly not with the same name.

We've been to Besos every Sunday since the end of March and to be fair some of the Sundays in April were very quiet.

However the last couple of weeks has seen the place pick up quite considerably and (fingers crossed) should start to get even better once there are a few more people around.

It's been tough for Besos (and all clubs) during the lockdown/restrictions and as a community we should be trying to get the place going again.

Yes I'm sure they will have some quiet days (tell me a club that doesn't) but on here it seems that posters are quick to broadcast them but never the good days.

The last thing we want is another Cupido Benidorm situation.

ALICANTE AREA SPAIN

We totally concur with the message above - we have been on numerous occasions since it reopened and yes at times it was quiet but now things are picking up and we don´t like to see negative vibes from people who have not tried it themselves but have heard negativity from others - these clubs need everyone to support them to get them back to where they were prior to Covid

Costa Blanca Spain...

I would just add to the earlier post that it has to be remembered that the new (longer) opening hours have only been running for a couple of weeks.

Prior to that it was restricted to closing at 6.00pm.

It will take a bit of time for people to get used to that, but things seem to be going the right way.

I'd just like to remind everybody about what I call the Cupido Benidorm situation.

For years on here poster after poster bemoaned the fact that there were no swinger clubs in Benidorm.

Then HALELULAH one opened.

So was everyone delighted to see it? Yes some were but within days of it opening I read comments on here like: Oh it's too small (it was big enough) it was quiet (sometimes it was, other times not) the drinks were expensive (they were no more expensive that any Benidorm show bar) I couldn't find it (get a map or google is your friend)

Then, as I warned on numerous occasions on here, it closed.

I wouldn't say that the negativity on here was solely responsible for the closure, but it certainly didn't help.
