We stayed there briefly pre covid. We had booked for 2 weeks but it was so bad that we left within 24 hours! Loads of screaming kids running around unsupervised. Food and drinks were just cheap rubbish. The room we had was tiny and dirty. Reception staff were so unhelpful and unpleasant too. Awful! The Gran Canaria Princess is really nice though if you like that location and as other have said, the Eugenia Victoria, just along the road is lovely. |

It’s hit and miss by all accounts. They are in doing a big face lift in the hotel. Like many are. Eugenia is having a lot of work done. That much work they are even working on a Saturday. (The Spanish don’t work Saturdays.) |
