We've always done our membership by text message, we've tried doing it without success. Is there any way other than by credit card?

We are in Spain and had no issues using our english mobile to text in and get a renewal

We couldn't renew our couple profile when we were first in Spain late last year so we had to wait until we went back to the UK for Xmas and do it then.

Both have UK mobile numbers and never had a problem doing it via text before.

we live in Spain full time and have not been able to renew ours, we have a Spanish mobile and English debit cards and none of them have worked.

Have you tried by the 3 minute phone call? May not work abroad though.

We only renewed ours by text last week - we use our UK phone - it may be that you have a Spanish phone

Possibly, I'll have to get Buffy to do it with her UK one, she sounds right dodgy with her collection of phones lol

We tried using text but gave up and did it by card in the end. Done the longest period we could so it will keep us going for over a year
