Dear friends and guests,
again there is something new, the government here is very cautious and has again restricted the opening times at night, these have now been reduced to 1 a.m.
That is why we are now opening the Fun4All until further notice
Tuesday - Saturday from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.
We hope for your understanding and look forward to seeing you.
Kisses

"thought you arnt supposed to be traveling oh no its the fun police stay at home with your log burner were here till march you jealous. Mark"
To be fair he only asked if you should be travelling.
As far as I'm concerned don't really care if you travel or not.
We can't work around any quarantine time and probably wouldn't even go if quarantine was lifted.
Our main reason for not going to Cap D'Agde was not being able to play once we arrive. We are all sensible sitting here but mix Cap with drink and think our interpretation of the rules may get a little blurred.
That's our take, so if you want to travel and play, fill your boots, if not that great too.
Whatever you decide, have fun and be kind to one another. |

Hello Roger. There is a thread on here with restrictions, but basically, from 23rd December to 10th January, bars and restaurants have to close at 11pm and there is a curfew from 1am until 6am. On Christmas eve and new years eve, they close at midnight and curfew from 1.30am until 6am...x |

So maybe 'closing time at 11pm' means no one can enter after then? They obviously know! |

"The Comeback and Fun4All team are saying closing at midnight over Christmas so I’ll trust what they say for now."
They can close from midnight during that time, I wasn't questioning that we were talking about 23rd December to January 10th, barring Christmas, when they have to close at 11 pm..how do you interpret the government statement? |

That is correct it is midnight all the way through till 10th January
The 11:00 is not correct it was something that was published in the free paper and you can’t trust what they say |

But that's why is concrete answers from people living there, or on holiday there is what we need.
The UK does not do curfews, but other countries do, and as we will be travelling, we , and I imagine others, would like to know exactly, rather than hearsay |

It's a statement made by the government. I can see the confusion over closing times. The curfews are in that statement. Maybe a business owner can confirm that. It doesn't start until 23rd December |

Its not the jogging thing, but accurate information is all people look for on here, not clouded in hearsay or misreading. Have asked about the curfew, between 1am an 6 am , and with the about of replies you have posted, we thought you lived there, you know with all the local knowledge, but we too can read , but wanted first hand experience or at least a recent one. |

Also worth noting is that Fun4All opens at 9:00pm instead of the Usual 10:00pm.
We had an amazing evening despite the early close. To me it feels more intimate than before, everyone was superfriendly. We shall have to go back again tonight .... no choice |

It's been heavy going but we are getting there! Been here a momth and haven't been the beach once. I left the UK with a great tan, only to lose it in GC!!! We took last night off from work to go to Fun4All just for a break. What a party atmosphere! Just for legal purposes I wish to state categorically... we DIDN'T dance on the poles. NO ONE took their shirts off. THERE was NO sexy socially distanced play going on.... NUNCA!!! Well if it did happen I never saw it... |

"We are thinking of heading to PDI mid January, will we find clubs and bars open? We have been before and loved the city centre x"
At the moment they should still be open...albeit with limited opening hours...
However, the Spanish government do have a habit with making very swift decisions over what is allowed to open and when.
The big issue will be if the number of COVID cases rise again after Xmas and new year (that goes for Uk and any other country to be honest).. that will certainly be what drives us being allowed to travel, what is open etc etc etc..
We have been over in GC 4 times this year and have loved every visit whether the clubs were open or not... it is what you make of it....and the sun is always shining.... mostly... |

Let me put it like this. Most places here have doorbells the police have to ring before they can come in....
Do you remember the game you played at children's parties where when the music stops you all have to find a chair and sit down? Well this is sit down and grab a drink and look miserable when the music stops.
A bit like Allo Allo.... |

Were you there with us that night in October when the police “raided “ a Cita bar and it seemed they were more interested in who was smoking ?! |

No we went quiet at the end of our holiday because it turned into a business trip.
They have moved the smoking area to behind where the lockers are. And you have to use a drinks can as an ashtray. |
