Ask the airlines, if their flights are bookable then yes but none will guarantee they will actually happen so book if you like gambling but assume you’ll lose!
And if the airlines don’t know then don’t take advice from here because nobody will know more than the airlines.
If you have already booked then sit and wait until it’s cancelled or not or cancel yourself but lose the cost of the flights (cut your loses) |
