Are they scanning forms in at Bristol Airport does anyone know

I flew out from Birmingham Monday morning and they did not check QR form but on arrival in Lanzarote it’s the first thing they checked. If you have it with you it’s no drama, quick scan done

QR code not checked at Portsmouth harbour but forms collected when we got back to Santander.

Didn’t look at ours on departure from GC or arrival in Stansted ...think it’s designed only to be relevant if someone on the aircraft tests positive so as they contact all the passengers .
