That happened to us with EasyJet we had to move our return to 2 days later, it’s because the flight coming out on that was cancelled. So the next flight coming is the one we’ll go back on so if you can move the days to either earlier or later they should move you to that one.

They cancelled my return flight from Tenerife to Prestwick last week for this coming Tuesday. Managed to rebook flying from Edinburgh and saved myself £1600!!

TBF not THAT annoyed. We also have flights booked for the end of december. This one was more a case of everything was so cheap and we had the time so what the hell.

I booked my original flights in February for 5 people and it cost £2000. When they cancelled my flights last week I found other flights, ironically still with Ryanair, for 4 people and it was £391 all in with seats, baggage the lot. They are practically giving them away just now.

"Yes giving them away .to people who dont care about getting or giving the virus . Wonder if any of your family gets it and dies and you cant say goodbye or bury them with dignity .would you still be rushing off .surly missing a couple of holidays is a small price to pay to try and get rid of this virus"

Well the Canary Islands have an infection rate of 42:100 000 whilst parts of the UK are over 600:100 000.

So using your own argument you are endangering people by NOT going on holiday.

Try blaming our government. Try blaming the people on the virus forum who want herd immunity. But don't blame people who want to be in place where they take the virus seriously. Here you can get a €10 000 fine for not wearing a mask.

I would say the UK rates are far higher than the Canary islands, so maybe safer there. I don't think it will affect the rates here by going on holiday there."

Most of the GC infections are in LP and they are clearing infections faster than they come in. In PDI it's practically non existent and you can see why. We've had the local police come around and order people to still wear masks whilst eating and drinking. (You have to lift the bottom of your mask up). Here fighting Covid-19 is a real thing not just lip service.

You'd think strict means less fun. But actually it means more fun. Because everyone is adhering to the same rules and they are equal for everyone it puts everyone at ease.

My face aches from all the smiling I've been doing and my sides are sore from laughter. What a great crowd we have out here. The Irish crowd are like a stand up comedy routine. They're hilarious!
