We were booked to stay there in November, cancelled the holiday ourselves, just this week, and re booked for next year
Had I have known it was closed I would have saved myself a re booking fee with jet2 holidays

I just read on the canary news that the lopeasan hotel.group are closing 4 hotels. Ifa bueventura and abora catarina in PDI and 2 in fuerta Ventura but only temporary until november. Good job I dodnt go with them. 2 weeks today I'll be there. |

A friend who works there says November or December opening, they are unsure atm.
We're going to contact TUI to get deposit back and hope things will be more settled for our booking in January. Interesting they haven't chased us for the balance.

I had booked to go on 5-12 Dec but tui contacted me saying they have cancelled the holiday due to hotel closed and I received a refund in my bank within 4 days. Don't know whether to find an another accommodation or wait till next year

"Maybe it's just TUI because Jet2 taking bookings for November December. Could be TUI are trying to push people to the hotels they own. The RUI group.???"
You can book for November and December with TUI, even though I've been told by an employee they may not be open xxx |
