"Just been emailed from Tui: We’re sorry your booking has been cancelled. That’s it, no explanation, apology, or reason, not even blaming covid! Holiday booked for Benidorm 7 days from 27th October. They have been cancelling holidays that leave within this month but can’t understand why they’re cancelling holidays that far away! Very annoyed. And to top it off, 1 hour on waiting on the phone only to be get a poor internet connection to someone in Mumbai and get cut off mid conversation. Grrrrr!" I think they are combining some flights, but they aren't informing their clients of alternatives. Yes it's a nightmare to get through on the phone. | |||
