Just confirmed following the Procicat meeting, from tomorrow it will be mandatory to wear a mask outdoors and in confined public spaces (shops, malls, etc.) even if social distancing can be observed. Also in a car if not from same household (no bubbles here!).
Looks like you won't need to wear them on the beach, which is better than Lugo.
Fine is 100 Euros.
This'll include the popular holiday areas of Barcelona, Sitges and Costa Brava.
