Did you pursue this or did you wait as advised. We were due out tomorrow and have had 3 emails but nothing else. |

When we applied..we were notified by them to go into manage bookings to check options...2 weeks ago we did ask for refund...and was notified 2 days ago it would be within 28 days...by other comments..not sure if this option still available!!!, |

I didn't directly request a refund, just received a couple of emails advising me that they were working through flights by due to fly times and the refund was applied to my credit card. |

Had the email weeks ago replied that I would like to rebook , heard nothing , last night got the same email asking me if I would like to rebook or get a refund , so had to fill the form out and wait , not good customer service |

If you think Jet2 have bad customer service then look to Ryanair. Had 2 flights and one holiday refund. See the Ryanair post, and then say bad customer service. Stay safe |

Well I’ve filled the form out twice , and on both of them asked for an evening phone call to rebook my holiday, guess who phoned me this morning Sunday at 8.56 am jet2 , missed the call , tried to phone back but they are not accepting calls and the message said to wait for a phone call , not good |
