Somewhere in the South West

Hi guys,

Were thinking of trying PDI again later this year and we're thinking of staying at the Suites Hotel or Greenfield Aparthotel (preferred location to the Kasbah centre). Can anyone shed any light on these hotels on what their like etc....last year we tried Abora Catarina and didn't go too much on the gastapo on the door with regards to taking guests (singles) back to the hotel etc....

Many thanks in advance for any info.

We go to the Greenfield every May + October, its great value, nice rooms, good pool, we enjoy the food and just love the place.

Last October we spent 3cnights in the Suites Hotel before our week in the Greenfield, now that is what you call a 4* hotel, fantastic food (although we heard a guy from Barnsley saying it was "too German" whatever that means, 6 jacuzzis on the rooftop, 4 in the clothed section 2 in the nude section, premium drinks as opposed to the local stuff in the Greenfield all inclusive.

We were due to go to the Greenfield for a week in may followed by a week in the suites but alas that is no longer an option.

Greenfield all inclusive cost us €650 for a week, suites hotel €1295 for a week.

somewhere near you

Is that the HL Suite hotel, with the rooftop terrace, with the view across the beach? Have been looking at that, so thanks for the info!

ROMFORD

I stayed at Greenfield Aparthotel in October 2018 for 10 nights fully inclusive.

The room was OK and kept clean by the very good house keeping staff.

However I thought the food was very basic and after five days I ended up eating by the pool because I thought it was better than the main restaurant.

The naked sun deck wasn't great either. Only some of the sunbeds had cushions on them and the maintenance staff kept coming out to have a look to see who was up there.

Epsom

We stayed at HL Suitehotel for a week over the world cup.

Great hotel and we loved the nude terrace on the roof. You could always get a sun bed and it's right next to the bar and toilets. The jaccuzis were a welcome relief from the heat of the sun.

We went AI and our room was on the ground floor but it was huge and opened up onto the swimming pool.

As for the Germans, it was an eye opener watching them turn up at the England games and cheer us on enthusiasticly...

We loved it and will definitely be back.
