Fond memories of the Macdonald resort there...
Not much else to do up there unless it's a spot of hillwalking or whisky tourism.
The walk up to An Lochan Uaine is one of my faves if you get good weather. |

Aye, you’re out of luck for snow sports unless you’re a complete beginner and can have fun on the small bit of man made snow they have spread out for the novices.
Cairngorm brewery tour, highland wildlife park, zip trek park, off road buggies, quad bike tours, clay pigeon shooting, go karting, distillery tour, walking, kayaking, cycling, sitting in the pub eating and drinking. There’s plenty of options.

there is snow due on Sunday, possibly Saturday night, along with high winds

The Lecht Ski Centre is only an hours drive and "open" |

Hill will no doubt be shut due to high winds
Wildlife park is good, there is a go kart track nearby, landmark centre in carrbridge is good, steam railway, maybe thats more family activities though? plenty pubs. |
