A certain number of people need to report issues before they consider it to be an area issue

Until then, the staff talk to you like you are a moron

middle earth

As a former VM employee you need to report it, if it can be fixed it will be fixed eventually. Also there is zero point asking about comp unless your broadband has been completed out for more than three days. Most stuff gets fixed eventually, but VM customers don't like waiting. Call them, but you're going to have to wait it out anyway.

There are certain areas in England that have had faults for years that they refuse to fix or just can't fix

its been fix

As it was an outage. It also got reported.

An to be fair I didn't want to call them when I already new that they were sorting it. I sent a text instead to them. Also I got an update of the issue. . Its now been fix thankfully.
