Yup and to think until I was 20 I wouldn't go near fish if you paid me, now I love a good seafood restaurant and when I'm up in Aberdeen I go buy loads of stuff from the markets |

Smoked trout with fresh warm crusty bread and butter, wee bit cracked black pepper and lemon juice.
Rib eye steak (rare) with seasoned mixed veg (pepper, sweet potato, red onion, carrots) roasted in honey and olive oil. Triple cooked chips (in goosefat).
Creamy Mashed potatoes (with cream and butter).
Cheeseboard and oatcakes/crackers
A very nice red wine.
Maybe a wee Drambuie or Glayva to finish  |

Was out at Seamill Hydro last night.
Had Orkney black pudding scotch eggs for starter.
Main Pan Fried Sea Bream with a tie green curry was lovely.
Washed down by a lovely bottle of Malbec. |
